Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. To provide the best service to all our clients and fair compensation to our staff, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Same-day cancellations or inability to access the property at the scheduled time may be charged up to 75% of the service price.
Refund Policy
At Skullie Cleans, we strive for perfection in every home we touch. While we do not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed, we stand firmly behind our 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If any area of your home was not cleaned to your satisfaction, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return at no additional cost to re-clean the specific areas in question. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the professional results we provide.

Refund Policy
- Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
- Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not guaranteed once service has been rendered; however, we will work to address verified concerns.
- Skullie Cleans' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 22, 2026
- 1. Service Agreement: By scheduling a service, the Client authorizes Skullie Cleans to perform cleaning services at the agreed location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- 2. Booking & Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking. Pricing adjustments may occur based on property condition materially differing from descriptions.
- 3. Recurring Services: Continuous service rates are contingent on a 7-day termination notice. Intervals exceeding 30 days may require a deep clean reset.
- 4. Health & Safety: Services may be refused for unsafe conditions or biohazards. Harassment or inappropriate conduct results in immediate termination and cancellation fees.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount. Skullie Cleans collects and uses personal information solely to provide cleaning services, process payments, and communicate regarding your bookings. We do not sell or share your information with third-party marketers. For quality control, we may take non-identifiable before-and-after photographs of the service area.
